Day 179, June 28/10
Sophie was hiding below the edge of the tub, not wanting her photo taken... but I waited her out and got one :) Is it a bad to measure my patience against a 3-year-old?

All dressed up and lots of places to go! We had brunch today with Kim, Robbie and Sydney, and then dinner with the rest of the Burt/Potters.

Poor, sad Molly. Everyone was upstairs, but she isn't allowed up there...

Emma came home from school today with a fever, and not feeling well at all, so she got into her jammies early & decided to lay down on the couch. Not to be left out, Sophie went and found her blankie and joined Emma on the couch.

Molly has already wrecked the arms and legs of New Pink Piggie. We maybe should take stock out in the Pink Piggie company...

There was a giant sale at The Children's Place, so I surprised the girls with new (and matching!) nighties. They were suitably impressed and excited.

We finally got Emma's hair cut (after the self-haircut incident). It still kind of irks me that she has bangs again, after all the time it took to grow them out the first time, but the new cut looks cute on her either way.

Sophie's new sandals gave her a little blister, so she figured she needed a dolphin bandaid, as well as a photo of said bandaid :)

Molly just kills me, I think she's so funny. Here she is "sitting like a person" on her blanket and watching TV with Shane.

Emma has had her shower, is in her jammies & is watching "The Tooth Fairy", which we rented on the TV.

Molly got some new things today... a sparkly new pink collar, some new food, and a NEW PINK PIGGIE!

Emma made this "poster", just for no reason! She came up with the whole concept herself. We've put it up in the kitchen.

Soooo excited that this one finally came out! I am ALWAYS a fan of a new Stephenie Meyer, especially when it's from the Twilight family... It took me about 2 days to read this novella, and I did really enjoy it. Although, I wish it was longer, and for me... it opened up as many questions as it answered!!

I took Emma out of school at lunch today because she had her jazz exam this afternoon. The three of us girls went for some lunch & then off to the studio. When we came home, it was still a lovely day out, so photo taking ensued!

Day 152, June 1/10
Molly is watching out for our next-door-doggie, Trixie. Trixie is old and crotchety, and she barks at Molly. Even though Trixie is quite small, she stills scares Molly. I call this "Trixie Watch".

The peonies are finally starting to open! They'll be open and standing up for probably 2-3 days, and then they'll fall over, and as soon as there is lawn-mowing, that will be the end of my peonies...
